Early 30s-late 40s. Any ethnicity. Longtime best friend of the female lead. Bubbly, easygoing, funny, uncomplicated - with a much lighter personality than the lead. She lives a much simpler life and seems to just go with the flow. There can be an almost “airhead-ish” quality to her at times, but she is not unintelligent — she is simply “her simplistic self” and not someone who overthinks everything (in fact, she doesn’t overthink anything). She’s very innocent. A simple soul. Looking for someone naturally likable, warm, expressive and fun, with an easy on-camera personality. Her friendship with the female lead should feel genuine.
